2nd Post for 1st Look Program. (Unlisted REO'S)

The following will be a list of Wells Fargo properties that may be available to the Non Profit Organization. In general, the properties are in good condition and are located in prime areas. There are properties that may exceed the program guidelines so it is important to perform a cursory review and analysis of the individual properties that you may wish to request. Wells Fargo will not offer discounted pricing for properties with a value that exceeds apprx. $500,000 and/or properties that are in very good condition. It is important to perform a cursory review of the properties before you request them by any means available to you.

Properties listed other than $0/ TBD/ Coming Soon are NOT available.
Please take note of the following procedures for reserving and requesting properties through this program:

To request pricing for a specific property please REPLY VIA EMAIL. We will no longer accept property requests in separate emails, we will only accept a reply to the daily list that the property being requested is listed on. **Your request must include complete address & County.**

We will acknowledge your request and will forward information and pricing as we receive it. Pricing can take anywhere from 3 days to 14 days.

Once you receive pricing you will have 72 hours to conduct your due diligence on the property before acceptance. If you do not respond to the pricing after 72 hours the non profit will deny the pricing offer and the opportunity to purchase will no longer be available.

You MUST physically inspect the property and confirm your anticipated rehabilitation costs PRIOR to acceptance.


If you ACCEPT a property you must accept the property in email as a reply to your Pricing Offer. At that time you will be sent a Transaction Worksheet that must be filled out, signed and returned to our Housing Director of the Non Profit as soon as possible, before he/she can accept the property on your behalf. The Non Profit Housing Director will walk you through the active escrow and closing process at that time.
